We are the North Ridgely’s Delight Action Committee (NRDAC). From our start in 2017, we have developed into a network of volunteers who advocate for and serve the interests of participating neighbors in the North Ridgely’s Delight area of Baltimore City. As volunteers, we have no executive or otherwise attending board of directors and no hierarchical structure. We work as participants who take time to devote to specific issues facing the North Ridgely’s Delight area.
All participants in the NRDAC are residents or residential property owners in the North Ridgely’s Delight, an area of Baltimore which runs north of Washington Boulevard to West Pratt Street. Residents of apartment buildings do not participate, since management groups and tenant organizations represent their interests, which may differ from those of other residents.

There are many noticeable and significant differences between the northern and southern halves of the Ridgely’s Delight neighborhood, including socio-economic disparities, different levels of density of population, and resident turnover.
If you’re a resident or residential property owner in North Ridgely’s Delight, we invite you to join us for informal gatherings and work meetings, which will be announced on our facebook page, Instagram account, and here on this website. Participating in the NRDAC introduces you to a dedicated community of neighbors with whom you can work together in various efforts to support and sustain North Ridgely’s Delight.
We encourage businesses and renters in apartment buildings to work with their management groups and fellow tenants that are best qualified to attend to their unique interests. NRDAC participants will be happy to collaborate with these groups when their interests overlap or insect with those of NRDAC participants.
