We identify priorities and problems expressed by participants in NRDAC using surveys and other data collection tools. After analyzing this information, we help neighbors to develop projects via direct outreach to the community. Together with our participating neighbors, we help create and follow clear, fair, and action-oriented responses to expressed community needs.

Below is a list of just a few, among many, examples of this process:

• Advocate with and for you, a NRDAC participating neighbor, with city agencies and other organizations to address the issues and concerns that you have expressed about specific issues affecting North Ridgely’s Delight
  
  
• Create and maintain, with your input, community-based support networks for neighbors experiencing issues related to health, mobility, and income
  
  
• Develop and share with neighbors an ongoing online collection of opportunities to learn about and help you participate in local efforts to address pressing social, political, and cultural concerns.
