• Identifying at-risk neighbors during COVID and ensuring that a support network is in place for them
  
  
• Meeting with developers for a major construction effort to discuss and resolve concerns about the impact that construction would have on safety and quality of life
  
  
• Helping neighbors through several different watermain breaks and a period of ongoing unplanned electric outages
  
  
• Addressing ongoing garbage and noise problems and/or access problems with several large apartments and local businesses
  
  
• Communicating with city agencies to find reasonable solutions to parking issues, which are noticeably challenging in North Ridgely’s Delight due to our nearer proximity to UMB, several hospitals, nearby condos and apartments, the Carter Center and the harbor/downtown.
